We went to Romania from day to day. Of course, that many previously thought about these mountains for freeride, but somehow always landed somewhere else.
\nThe forecasts were not very promising, but we decided that we do not trust them and it turned out that the decision coming from the bottom of my heart once again was accurate. Way surprisingly good and relatively fast. We started the evening and early morning already drank Palinka (local hooch Romanian).
\nPeople are very open and friendly, even for those that want to know it all, look behind every door, and who knows what else ….
\nThe fact; throughout the resort can three people have been able to say something in a language other than Romanian.
\nBut for us, it was just an opportunity to develop manual skills that are essential in the traditional stitch wool sweaters (not to be confused with the sign language).
\nStudying the map we were able to discover some steep sections in a beautiful rare beech forest. Amount of snow pleasantly surprised even us, poles truly thirsty whiteness …
\nNegotiations with hotel owners, guides and helicopter pilot just surprised … \u00a0more snow.
\nOrganizationally and financially in a big positively. PROGRES SNB\u00a0planing \u00a0the trip within 26.02.-04 03. Five days in the snow, including two from the helicopter. Lectures, avalanche training, training, freeride and downhill line visualize. Art of discretion in the mountains. Accommodation and meals in three star hotel, several restaurants in the distance from the crotch. Resident on-site assistance, luggage transfers snowmobile from the car park to the hotel.
