FREERIDE TRIP – THE START OF THE SEASON

DETAILED PROGRAM:

21.11. FRIDAY

Reaching Back Yard and accommodation from 4:00pm

8:00pm Common tea by the fireplace.

Deal ski pass. Assign to the training groups. Familiarize yourself with the program.

22.11. SATURDAY

7:30am Breakfast together.

8:00am Trip to the mountains( training on the slope).

9:00 – 12:00 Classes with instructors in training groups, classes on the slope. Correction techniques and profiles through the prism of riding in the fresh snow. Verification of skills. After class, riding till about 4 pm. (on your own).

6:00pm Board in Back Yard

8:00pm Theoretical avalanche training and familiarization with specialist equipment.

23.11. SUNDAY

7:30am Nice breakfast together.

8:00am Trip to the mountains.

(meeting with secound group in previously agreed place)

9:00 – 11:30 Field operations – practical avalanche training, work on the equipment ABC (detector, probe, shovel), riding off piste group 1.

12:00 – 2:30pm Field operations – practical avalanche training, work on the equipment ABC (detector, probe, shovel), riding off piste group 2.

6:30pm Board.

8:00pm Freeride movie.

24.11. MONDAY

7:30am Breakfast.

8:00am Trip to the mountains.

9:00 – 11:30 Freeride, group 1.

12:00 – 2:30pm Freeride, group 2.

6:00pm Board.

9:00pm Stretching/pilates/regeneration

25.11. TUESDAY

Optional: Backcountry/freeriding (early in the morning, guide). Dependent on weather conditions.

7:30am Breakfast.

8:00am Trip to the mountains.

9:00 – 11:30 Freeride, group 1.

12:00 – 2:30pm Freeride, group 2.

6:00pm Board.

9:00pm Stretching/pilates/regeneration

26.11.WEDNESDAY

Optional: Backcountry/freeriding (early in the morning, guide). Dependent on weather conditions.
